All security officers utilise 2-way radio communication linked to our 24hr armed response control room with emergency vehicle rapid response backup available for any situation or emergency.
We are able to monitor movement of officers via monitoring system software ensuring all procedures are carried out correctly as instructed.
Monitoring & Armed Response
- The Crime Busters Group has a fully equipped control centre which is manned 24 hours a day by trained personnel.
- Once your alarm system is linked up to our control centre, we will receive and respond to any panic, burglary and medical activations within minutes.
- All alarm activations are saved and backed up on our system and clients always have access to comprehensive reporting outlining the time and nature of the event, as well as how an event was dealt with by personnel on site.

- Response and patrolling vehicles are monitored via satellite tracking systems 24hrs a day, thus enabling us to monitor the movement and routes of all vehicles to ensure that all sites’ patrols, alarm response and inspections are completed correctly and timeously.
